Color, aroma and taste are an evolution of the classic Dolcetto. The typical scent of red fruits, such as black cherry and cherry, is amplified thanks to the aging. The final result is an unusual wine, for meditation, which brings back all the characteristics of the dolcetto and a few more notes.
